Processing Time: Each tumbler is handcrafted with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepped and shipped.
For custom orders, please allow 2–3 weeks for the multi-step epoxy curing process to be completed before shipping.
Shipping Method: We ship via standard ground shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.
Packaging: To ensure your "sparkle" arrives safely, we use secure, protective packaging for all epoxy products.

Custom Nature: Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our tumblers (like Kitty's friend), we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
